Labour Regulations of Burkina Faso

The present Social Code of Burkina Faso provides comprehensive and up-to-date information on the rights and obligations of employers and employees, aiming to prevent conflicts that may arise from a lack of knowledge of the laws.

Three tables of contents help locate the relevant information in the document based on the following criteria:

• the treated theme (remuneration, overtime, apprenticeship, work of women, paid leave…)
• the date of the document,
• the nature of the document (international agreements, laws, decrees, collective agreements, etc.)

An index is also provided to facilitate searches.
